Pureyo One (one.pureyo.cloud) is Pureyo's central account system. Many people have more than one Google account (personal, work, university). Pureyo One knows every account you ever used with Pureyo, but treats one of them as your main Gmail: the Google account the system knew first (the first one you ever signed in to Pureyo with).

Picked the wrong account at Google? You come back to the same page with a red line saying the account you just chose is still a secondary one. Press the button again and pick the email named there. Nothing is lost.

No. A ScreenMate project you created under a secondary account, for instance, is moved under your main Gmail by our staff (a job in the system). If something of yours is still missing a day or two after the switch, tell us through the link at the end of this page.

The account you bought courses with (pureyoacademy) may have been created with another email: hotmail, yahoo, a work address. Pureyo One links those to your Gmail in four ways, and every way proves the account is really yours (a 6-digit code sent to that account's email). We never guess and never link without your confirmation.

- Enrolled with another email that is not listed? Type it; we send a code if that account exists.
- Phone and shipping address: if you filled them in at registration (onboarding) they are already here, just check them.

On your page, above the course list, a box asks "None of your courses here? Did you use another pureyoacademy account?" Type the email that account was created with, get the 6-digit code at that email, type it, and the account and its courses appear on this page at once.

Press sign out in any app (ScreenMate, CvMate, Pureyo One …) and you are signed out of every app, every Google account of yours, on every device. Tabs you left open move to "Signed out of Pureyo Cloud" by themselves. This is deliberate: one sign-out on a shared computer, and you can be sure.

Courses and totals come from pureyoacademy in rounds; a course bought today can take up to a day to show. Longer than that, tell us the email of the account you bought with.

Look at step 2 of the welcome page (accounts that are probably yours), found by name and phone number, or try each email you can think of. A code is sent only to an email that has an account.

How safe is my data?
Pureyo One stores only the email, name, courses, totals, phone and address you gave. No passwords (Google does the authentication). Other accounts' emails are shown partly hidden until you prove they are yours.
