Look it up at support.pureyo.cloud/tracking with the email you study with, or your name in English as you entered it. No sign-in needed. You get the carrier, tracking number and the carrier's tracking link. Live-class learners can also see it inside the classroom (pureyo.cloud/course, account page).

Your parcel was not in the latest shipping batch, usually because you enrolled or entered your address after the cut-off. It goes with the next batch. If the announced date has passed and nothing arrived, message LINE OA @pureyo with the email you study with.

Change it yourself in the Live Class Lounge (one.pureyo.cloud/lounge) until the announced lock date. After that, or once the parcel has left, message LINE OA @pureyo right away and we will do what we can with the carrier.

For your account's safety, never send passwords, OTP codes or credit/debit card details. We only ask for what we need: email or username, course name, proof of payment and a screenshot of the problem. Anyone asking for more "on our behalf" should be treated with suspicion; contact us through the main channel.
